So, what are period pants? 

Period pants are washable underwear you can wear whilst you menstruate without using other sanitary products. Essentially, they look just like an ordinary pair of knickers yet are super absorbent, eco-friendly, and will keep you dry and comfortable all day.

They’re a great choice for anyone who finds it difficult to insert tampons and offers a more discreet and tailored fit for anyone who finds sanitary towels move or leak.

How often shall I change them? 

Here at Ecomodo, we have three types of fabulous flux undies available! You can wear them for up to 12 hours a day. Users can also wear them to work, whilst they sleep and even when they exercise too.
